A well-established health charity based in London is seeking an experienced Part Time HR and Admin Officer to work within their team for 2 days per week.

Main duties for the Part Time HR and Admin Officer:
To be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
To administer HR-related documentation
To ensure relevant HR databases are up-to-date, accurate and comply with legislation
To carry out all administration relating to recruitment and selection
To liaise with managers to organise on boarding and induction of new staff members
To liaise with recruitment agencies as necessary
To carry out HR data analysis and provide input into HR reporting for the organisation
To provide administrative support to the organisation's governance
To provide high level administrative support to the Executive Management Team as directed

Essential criteria for the Part Time HR and Admin Officer:
CIPD qualified, or part qualified (level 3), or equivalent
Experience of working in a busy office environment
Knowledge of administrative systems, including online databases
Intermediate level MS Office skills (creation of tables, mailmerge, Outlook rules, basic formulas)
Ability to prioritise and complete competing workload
Basic understanding of the principles of employment law and HR best practice
Experience of dealing with customer calls in person, by telephone and in writing
Experience of working and liaising with senior members of staff
