A national charity is seeking a Part Time Head of HR & Governance to join their team.
Main duties for the Head of HR& Governance:
To provide strategic and operational oversight for the whole organisation
Review, develop and deliver appropriate systems to facilitate a self-service for managers
To lead on all formal employee relation issues
To manage all aspects of performance and rewards
To lead on recruitment, with support of the officer
To carry out company secretary duties
Budget holder for HR and governance functions
Essential criteria for the Part Time Head of HR and Governance:
CIPD qualified level 5 or equivalent
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Experience of working as a company secretary
Experience of managing and developing staff
Ability to carry out statistical analysis
Experience of servicing a board of trustees
Experience of managing supplier contracts
Experience of managing a self-servicing model of transactional HR
