An established health charity is seeking a part time Fundraising Assistant to work within their community fundraising department.

Main duties for the Fundraising Assistant:
To manage all data and records relating to the community fundraising donations
Ensure excellent standards of customer care for all supporters and event participants
Take minutes at meetings
Coordinate internal meetings
To fulfil all material requests
Dealing with all enquiries to the team
Ensure all donations are processed and thanked

Essential criteria for the Fundraising Assistant:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Previous experience of working within fundraising or events administration
Knowledge and interest of working within the charity sector
