A leading mental health charity based in the heart of London are looking for an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in facilities management, Health and Safety & IT.
-Day-to-day management of ICT systems, covering infrastructure, servers, hardware, software.
-Facilities Management - liaising with landlord on property and service queries.
-To be the company lead of all Health & Safety risk assessments, planning and implementation
-To run the budgets for central services department of the charity
-Ad hoc reception, office supplies, recruitment and minute taking duties
The ideal candidate will be:
-Fully NEBOSH qualified
-Be experienced in managing the Health & Safety requirements for an organisation
-Have strong understanding of procurement, SLAs with suppliers, budgets.
-Experience of managing IT systems
-Experience with property management - dilapidations and service charges
-Have an understanding of the charity sector
This role is for 4 days per week and the salary will be pro-rated.
