This well established NFP membership organisation are recruiting an experienced Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The organisation is quite small (8 employee's) but they do have plans to expand in 2015.
Due to the size of the office you will be required to wear many hats, from working at a senior level to helping out on reception when required.

Main Duties include:

- HR administration, including contract management.
- Database administration (Access)
and although IT is outsourced, you will be the "go to" person to manage this relationship.

Essential criteria for the Office Manager include:

- Ability to multitask.
- Strong MS office skills, with ability to learn new technology as required.
- Previous experience in an Office Management capacity.
- Self-motivated, driven and keen to learn new skills.
- Strong Team ethic with willingness to work collaboratively at all levels.
