An established Grant Giving charity is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join their small London based office.

Main duties for the Office Assistant:
Complex diary management for the Director who often travels
International and national travel arrangements for the team
Coordinating meetings with team and preparing papers and packs for meetings
Booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
Grant administration
Acknowledging all applications
Recording details of grant applications on GIFTS database and generating reports (training will be provided)
Electronic filing
Internal and external stakeholder management

Essential criteria for the Office Assistant:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent MS office skills including PowerPoint
Knowledge of CRM databases or willingness to learn
Excellent typing skills
Attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable
Corporate polished outlook with the ability to liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders
