TPP is working with a national disability charity to recruit a New Relationships Manager for their Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships team. You will be leading a team of 3 experienced new business fundraisers with income responsibility of £600,000 (although recent successes are 7-figure). The New Relationships Manager will both manage and mentor the team to success, but also have hands-on responsibility for generating income as well. You will inherit a developed pipeline and build on it. You will be part of a team working to develop new products that attract new high value supporters to the charity.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience in securing £50k+ donations from HNWI, and £100,000+ from corporates
*Team management experience
*Ability to be an expert at managing volunteer leaders and fundraising ambassadors
*Evidence of negotiation skills with decision makers at all levels
*Experience of developing and taking to market commercially viable income generating products
