There are currently 32 people in the organisation's Corporate Fundraising team and they're looking for candidates with significant experience of winning, negotiating and delivering large new business partnerships.

Key responsibilities:
*Initiate and secure long-term, mutually beneficial commercial partnerships for the charity from cold prospecting through to agreed income targets
*Prepare tactical approach plans for key partners and develop bespoke pitches and presentations designed to secure new business opportunities through the alignment of core business issues with the charity's goals
*Lead engagement plans to reach senior decision makers within the commercial sector, using your own influence and that of some of the charity's senior volunteers
*Liaise with the charity's fundraising offices globally to make targeted, strategic outreach to global organisations

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
*Conveys complex ideas using a variety of methods to engage key private sector audiences with the organisation
*Superior influencing and negotiation skills, using exceptional persuasive abilities to gain the commitment of the key audiences by aligning the needs of the charity with the core business aims of key private sector decision makers
*Strong levels of resilience, able to bounce-back from setbacks and 'nos' take a solution-focussed perspective in order to overcome obstacles which hinder new business development
*Significant experience of winning, negotiating and delivering new business partnerships
