This is an excellent opportunity to join the UK's number one children's charity as a New Business Fundraising Manager. The Corporate Partnerships department at this organisation is currently on an exciting, upward journey and they are making a strategic investment in developing fewer, bigger partnerships that have a much broader impact on the charity. You will be right at the very heart of this change, helping to make it a success!

Working alongside the Head and Associate Head of Corporate Partnerships and New Business, the post-holder of this position will have direct responsibility for generating high value, long-term partnerships for the organisation as well as playing a vital role in maximising income from existing corporate partners. Where possible, you will meet and exceed personal annual income targets and regular KPIs, managing any shortfall in your work by making robust contingency plans. Likewise, you'll be jointly accountable for the delivery of the budget of the New Business team as well as the management of the prospect pipeline, collaborating with colleagues and senior volunteers to identify and make outreach to suitable commercial partners.

Key responsibilities include:
*Creating and delivering strategies to generate corporate new business
*To implement the department's strategy to develop fewer, bigger, more strategic partnerships
*To support the building and effective use of the new business pipeline, working with colleagues across the charity and with senior volunteers
*Manage the research of prospective partners as well as the drafting of proposals and presentations with the objective of putting the charity in the strongest possible position to win new business

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
*Superb written and verbal communication skills to analyse, interpret and present complex information in a clear and coherent way for a range of different audiences
*Highly developed ability to establish and then develop relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Proven ability to manage a budget, keeping within financial limits and accurately monitoring income and expenditure
*Evidence of being able to identify new £100K - £1million+ corporate opportunities
