Our client is a medium sized professional body, who provide qualifications, accreditation and networking opportunities to their highly valued members.
As a Member Journey Advisor you will work within a team of 5 and act as first point of contact for Member enquieries both on the phone and via email.
You will also be responsible for processing subscription renewals and also the facilitation of their recertification process.
Our client appreciates these processess could be new to you and are happy to provide training and support to get you up to speed.
At the heart of their business are it's members and it is therefore essential that you can bring exceptional client care skills, with an ability to remain well-organised and self-motivated.
The team itself is hardworking, fun and friendly, often going for a drink together on a Friday, so we're looking for candidates who are equally personable - of course the after work drinks on a Friday are optional!
You will also be pleasd to know the offices close thier doors at 4pm every Friday, just one of the many perks of working for this fantastic organisation.
