Job Title: Medical Receptionist / Administrator
Location: South West London
Salary: £19,000 - £21,000pa
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 26hrs per week (including some saturday mornings)


Are you an experienced Medical Administrator / Receptionist currently looking for a part time role?

TPP Healthcare's client is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist based in South West London. The successful candidate will be working as part of a team of receptionists to provide a high quality of service.

Main Responsibilities include:-
*Dealing with enquiries from patients and members
*Booking and cancelling patient appointments
*Scanning and filing clinical correspondence
*Attending weekly practice meetings
*Dealing with repeat prescription requests
*Other ad hoc duties as required

Essential Requirements:-
*Must have GCSE/ O'Level qualification or above
*Excellent telephone manner
*Excellent communication and IT skills
*Ability to be flexible with shifts (early or lates)
