TPP Healthcare’s client is currently looking for a Medical Receptionist who will act as first point of contact to patients whilst carrying out other general administrative duties.

Essential skills:-

  • * Non clinical NHS GP experience
  • * SYSTMONE OR EMIS WEB and DOCMAN experience
  • * Excellent communication, patient focused and customer service skills
  • * Booking appointments, prescriptions, answering phones and filing
  • * Experience of attending to patients at a NHS GP reception desk and carrying out administrative duties

Essential Requirements:-

  • * Excellent customer service skills
  • * Great team player
  • * Able to adapt to all situations at ease
  • * Fast learner
  • * Computer Savvy
  • * Must have previous NHS GP Experience

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the UK and be willing to undergo an enhanced CRB/DBS check.
