TPP are currently partnering an excellent educational adventure charity in the recruitment of their new marketing manager, to lead on all marketing activity for the organisation. The salary on off is £30,000 FT or £40,000 pro-rata 3d/w.
This position will be responsible for the planning and implementation of a robust marketing strategy with the intention of attracting new business for the charities core services, as well as developing existing business. Crucially, you will lead on the digital and social media marketing plan, producing regular social media updates. You will be the primary brand guardian, ensuring that messaging remains consistent across the organisation. You will also be responsible for reactive and proactive press and PR activity when appropriate.
A successful applicant for this role must have experience of marketing for schools. They will have experience of using Mailchimp and Salesforce software packages as well we knowledge of SEO and a range of social media platforms, especially Twitter and Facebook. You will have a strong mix of strategic and operational skill and have a strong appreciation of educational experiences for young people outside of the classroom.
