The Marketing Campaigns Manager will be a champion of the customer and target audience; understanding their needs, concerns and aspirations in order to be able to address and engage the audience in a compelling way whether for a B2B or B2C market. Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Events, this role will be responsible for and will be measured by a range of KPIs around financial measures, total number of new members, learners and delegates as a result of campaign activities, engagement on key cultural initiatives and growth in new markets.
The role requires a strong communicator who is able to convey a compelling message with a clear vision, whether to customers, stakeholders or team members. They must be highly organised and capable of juggling a variety of projects concurrently to deadline and budget and who approaches new challenges with a positive attitude and an enquiring mind.
The appointed candidate will have:
*Practical integrated campaign management experience and knowledge across a variety of channels
*Demonstrable experience of conceiving, managing and delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns to measurable results
*Experience of managing membership recruitment and retention campaigns
*Experience of digital marketing technologies and systems
*Experience of managing a wide variety of stakeholders, internal and external
