A great NFP based in West London is seeking a part time (3 days per week) Marketing and Events Assistant to join their small charitable start up. The organisation is quite unique; utilising a crowdfunding platform to support disadvantaged people who need help building their own livelihoods through the support of the organisation's partners.
Main duties for the Marketing and Events Assistant:
*Harnessing multiple media platforms to create and market content
*Research opportunities to effectively engage with the public and media
*Review emerging trends across digital media whilst analysing online campaign effectiveness
*Support various teams with the charity's external events
*Help strengthen the organisations online presence through search engine optimisation (SEO) tools
Essential criteria for the Marketing and Events Assistant:
*Knowledge of social media platforms
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce good written content
*Ambitious and proactive attitude with the ability to work on own initiative
*Experience of using Google Analytics, SEO, or management of a Google Adwords Grant is desirable
