TPP is working with an innovative education charity to recruit a Major Donor Manager into their expanding fundraising team. The major donor team is relatively new to the organisation, but their cause is particularly appealing to high net worth individuals, and their first 18 months has seen them working towards an £850,000 target, which they are on track to achieve.

The Major Donor Manager will:
*Work alongside a Senior Manager to devise and implement new fundraising initiatives to develop major donor support
*Develop, achieve and exceed new income targets
*Be creative and innovative in generating new funds from new and existing high net worth individual supporters
*Organise cultivation and stewardship events
*Introduce innovative approaches to new business and account management

Essential criteria:
*A successful track record as a fundraiser - generating income at a £30k-£300k level from major donors
*Experience of leading fundraising initiatives
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proven track record in developing new major donor relationships as well as successfully managing existing accounts
