A leading disability charity are seeking a Legacy Administrator to join their dynamic legacy team.
This organisation works to promote equality for disabled people, by providing support, information and advice, as well as raising key issues and awareness.
Key duties for the Legacy Administrator:
∙ Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of legacies
∙ Deal with enquires and escalate relevant issues
∙ Take ownership of the legacy administration process
∙ Keep up-to-date with news and trends relating to legacy
∙ Maintain accurate records on fundraising systems
Essential criteria for the Legacy Administrator:
∙ Ability to use IT systems such as Microsoft Office
∙ Sensitive and empathetic with issues surrounding independence and
∙ Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
∙ Very high standard of written and spoken communication skills
∙ Effective problem solver
