Our client is a well-known residential nursing & care charity based in London. The organisation boasts a progressive, supporting & relaxed culture set in beautiful grounds.
The HR team has had an eventual number of months and with a new HR information system being introduced to improve functionality & reporting accuracy. Continued growth is underway at the charity which now leaves them looking to expand further and recruit a brand new Learning & Development Coordinator.
Having spoken in detail with the HR Adviser who this role reports into, they were happy to say that they were clearly enjoying working in this culture, having constantly been able to learn in a charity where there is a lot of positive change & opportunity to make a difference. This is an exciting time as they promote the learning culture that they want.
As an integral member of the team, you will ultimately be responsible for the efficient coordination of learning & development events, providing an excellent customer service and motivate staff to engage with different learning & development activities, ensuring an improved return on investment.

You will work closely with the HR Adviser to produce an annual training plan. This is also a fantastic opportunity to get involved in inductions, preparing training materials and coordinating the evaluation process. This opportunity is ideal for anyone with preferably some previous training experience, a competent user of IT systems including HR systems as well as a background in analysing data & producing reports.
