Our client is a a large international not-for-profit organisation who are currently experiencing an exciting period of transformation which will see the development of new structures, roles and skill requirements for the workforce.
As part of this new period of change and increasing workload, they are now looking to recruit a Learning & Development Officer for a fixed-term period of 18 months, paying a salary of ?28,246.
As a core member of the team, you will spend your time reporting into the Learning & Development Manager to provide a first-class learning and development service to the organisation by engaging with managers on key learning & development subjects, delivering & evaulating business needs in terms of relevent training & development.
You will work closely with the L&D Manager on a variety of change management activities which cover a number of issues such as succession planning, management development and performance management.
This is a perfect for those of you with excellent communication skills and an analytical mind for reviewing training needs and being able to go further develop, implement and where possible deliver development activities.
Your remit will also include authorising appropriate expenditure within financial regulations, ensuring that payments are processed and monitoring training budgets, contributing to the annual budgeting process.
This is ideal for those of you who have previous experience of learning solutions, e-learning, coaching and designing & developing management programmes.
