A national membership body which develops leadership management and governance across the UK's universities and HE colleges is currently recruiting for 2 Leadership Development Coordinaors on a 1year contract with a possibility of extending.
One role will be focus on women's leadership development programmes, whilst the other will be supporting funded activity, based on commissioned work from government agencies including diversity, governance so will be slightly more project focused.
As someone who has experience of managing training programmes and their coinciding events, you will be involved in the operational aspects of programmes and projects and coordinate relationships with partners, stakeholders and other parties involved in the programme or project.
As well as working with delegates, trainers, and internal colleagues to develop the training programmes, you will also manage bookings, assist with marketing, collate evaluations and ensure that events run smoothly and successfully liaising with venues and other suppliers in order to ensure that delegates have an excellent experience
