Job Description - EXPIRED

This leading University in both Education and Research are seeking to appoint an Academic Lead for Technology Enhanced Learning and Director of Blended and Distance Learning Programmes to provide strategic leadership for and academic expertise in all blended learning within the division.

As one of the world’s leading Universities, you can look forward to a friendly, professional and proactive working culture, working in a sought-after location within central London.

You will have the opportunity to work with all staff to integrate blended learning into the existing education provision of subject areas and disciplines, as well as develop with the programme leads and Management, a contract framework for blended learning programmes.

Our client leads the way in research and has the advantage of having disciplines that connect across different cultures, subjects, institutions and geographies.  As a key senior manager, you will have the responsibility for the student experience in, and have a student-centred approach to, the delivery of blended learning within the programmes.

Our client would not hesitate in holding an internal meeting with suitable candidates before progressing towards a panel based interview for the right applicant.  You will hold a PhD and a qualification in an aspect of learning and teaching, or education, ideally at Doctoral level.  This is a position with an academic basis in Higher Education, not only a professional services role.

Please forward your CV's asap but note the start date for this role is not until 3rd January, with interviews taking place early December.

We value diversity at TPP and welcome applications from all sections of the community.
