About the opportunity
Job club runs once a week and helps people who want to move into employment, sometimes for the first time. The assistance we give people can involve getting online and setting up an email address, giving information about training they can access and where to look for a job, as well as helping people with their CV and interview technique.
About The Springfield Project
The Springfield Project is a Birmingham-based charity with a passion for our local community. We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming space in which people from diverse backgrounds can meet and receive support.
The Project developed from St Christopher's Church's commitment to supporting families in the local area and sharing God's love in our community.
We work in partnership with Birmingham City Council to deliver children's centre services providing activities and support for families with children under 5.
We run the Neighbour Scheme, a social prescription project between local GPs and the Springfield Project, working to reduce isolation and improve the mental wellbeing of adults referred by their GP or self-referred.
What are they looking for?
