A highly prestigious not for profit regulatory body is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics (CRM) solutions developer for a permanent role in their central London office. The role will involve leading on the implementation of the new MS Dynamics CRM system with the external partner, and ultimately taking over the lead role on solutions.
The role will involve:
-The IS Solution Developer will be responsible for the design, build and effective management, performance and running of the organisations MS Dynamics (CRM) application implementation
-Lead the development, management and administration of the organisations MS Dynamics (CRM) application infrastructure ensuring a stable high performing environment
-Successful implementation and management of the organisation wide core data solutions
-Proactively engage with staff to gain a deeper understanding of their requirements to scope, design and implement relevant solution changes
-Considering both back-end organisation of data and front-end accessibility for end-users;
-Design, develop and manage the organisations externally exposed Web portals.
-Refining the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model;
-Oversee the transition to total in-house management of the new CRM
-Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA)
-Prior experience of leading on the new implementation of a CRM in a professional environment
-Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Dynamics and MS Dynamics CRM (2013+)
-Experience to SQL, XML, C# / ASP.NET
-Excellent communication skills and experience liaising with external partners
-Deep understanding of business requirements and how IS and CRMs fit into the business
-Experience with Project Management and being Degree qualified are strongly advantageous
No line management experience is involved in the role, however this represents a chance to play a critical role in the development and infrastructure of a highly prestigious organisation.
