TPP is working with a national palliative care charity to recruit an Individual Giving Manager to their Fundraising team. This is a great role working with the Director of Income Generation to create and implement a new IG strategy. This post looks after DM, legacy and payroll giving so is a key part of the fundraising directorate. 

Key responsibilities:
-Line management of the IG + Legacy Exec and the Payroll Giving Exec
-Managing the existing programme of activity including evaluating the success of the different campaigns to maximise effectiveness
-Increase levels of supporter engagement and stewardship including devising a new newsletter and online activity
-Explore and test new methods for donor recruitment and increasing donations

Essential criteria:
-A sound knowledge and understanding of individual giving, legacy and payroll giving fundraising
-Considerable experience of preparing programmes of activity and business plans to recruit, engage, inspire and retain donors
-A proven track record of success in working with others, ideally managing a team
-Knowledge of budgets and experience of reporting financial performance against targets
