The UK's leading cancer charity for children and young people are recruiting an Impact and Performance Analyst.
You will lead the development and use of data to enhance the charities understanding and effectiveness regarding current service delivery and highlight potential service improvements that may be required.
Your role will encompass all areas of service delivery across the UK and inform service development at all levels. Working with local teams your insight will help to inform strategic decision-making at the highest level. You will work closely with managers across the charity in understanding and appraising performance, then produce analysis that can be used both departmentally and corporately.
By working within a matrix management arrangement, with both staff and managers you will have the scope to act autonomously, defining your own priorities and proposing improvements to working practices.

- Knowledge of the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management
- Experience of interpreting complex data to drive service improvement
