HR Project Manager

£150.00 - £200 per day PAYE (flexible on fulltime/part-time)

Location: West End

This international development charity is looking for an HR Project Manager to support their strategy which will include a restructure of the senior management team.

Summary:
*Project management
*Human resources support for the restructure implementation
*Coordination, project planning
*Tracking and monitoring
*HR counselling and support for affected staff

Key responsibilities for the HR Project Manager:
*Lead on the planning and implementation of the restructure, ensuring compliance to UK laws and the organisations policies
*Work with the HR team to ensure appropriate support is available to all staff at all stages of implementation
*Provide project management support to the design and implementation
*Advise on change management aspects of the restructure

Skills/Qualifications required for the HR Project Manager:
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent
*Experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager
*Strong leadership skills
*Organisational design
*Change management in complex organisations
*Advance knowledge of UK employment laws and HR practices
*In-depth knowledge of matrix organisations
