Our client is a well-known residential nursing and care charity based in London. The organization boasts a progressive, supportive & relaxed culture set in beautiful grounds.
The HR team has had an eventful number of months, and with a new HR information system being introduced to improve functionality & reporting accuracy, continued growth is under way at the charity which now leaves them looking to expand further. They are now looking to recruit a brand HR Officer on a permanent basis.
Please note that this is a part-time role, to work 20-21 hours per week – which can be done over 3 or 4 days per week.
Having spoken in detail with the HR Adviser, who the role reports in to, they were happy to say that they were clearly enjoying working in this culture, having constantly been able to learn in a charity where there is a lot of positive change & opportunity to make a difference.
As an integral member of the team, you will be jointly-responsible for managing sickness and recruitment activity.
You will work closely with the HR Adviser and Head of HR and already have proven experience in providing advice on Employee Relations cases, including managing sickness. Basic employment law knowledge and CIPD membership will be required.
