A well-established health charity are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team, the role has one direct report and will see the successful candidate working closely with the HR Director to support with organisational development.

Main areas of work for the HR Manager:
Recruitment, Selection and Resourcing
Policy and Advice
Data, Systems, Metrics and Report
Engagement and Wellbeing
Management and Communication

Essential criteria for the HR Manager:
CIPD qualified or equivalent
Current understanding of employment law
Knowledge of HR best practice, including reward culture and employee engagement

Knowledge of:

  •  Recruitment
  •  Management Coaching
  •  Performance Management
  •  Employee Relations
  •  Knowledge of operating within a business partner function
  •  Experience of leading organisational change projects
