An established membership organisation are seeking a HR Manager to lead their team on an operational level, reporting into the Head of HR you will manage a team of 3.

Main duties for the HR Manager:
Line management and development of 3 members of staff
Support the Head of HR with the preparation and monitoring of the HR budget
Management of all recruitment campaigns, with administration support
Oversee the collection of references within the team
Manage all agency contact
Manage the induction process
Manage all probation reviews
Manage the exit process
Oversee the management of the HR system
Prepare payroll monthly

Essential criteria for the HR Manager:
Previous experience within a HR position ideally within a supervisory or management role
Previous experience of producing generalist advice within a HR function
Up to date knowledge of HR practices and employment law
Ability to lead and manage a team
Excellent communication skills
