Job Description

TPP are working closely with an award-winning, Education charity who are looking to recruit a HR Manager based in West London. Working closely with Operations Director, this is an ideal role for both experienced HR Managers and for experienced Senior HR Advisors who are looking to make the move into management.

The Role:

£30,000 to £38,000 (Depending on experience)
Full time, Permanent

  • Manage employment & HR policies and processes
  • Managing staff recruitment including job descriptions, enquiries and applications
  • Managing staff induction and training
  • Line managing HR Administrator
  • Overlooking legal processes
  • Supporting data security

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience with at least 3 years working in HR (or related field)
  • Experience line managing individuals
  • Professional HR qualification (e.g. CIPD) is preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of HR policy frameworks and employment law is essential
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR Software
