I am working alongside a very well-known and instantly recognisable health care charity in Central London. Their focus is on making improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention and support and they are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team to cover maternity leave on a fixed-term contract.
In addition, this is an award-winning charity that has an encouraging ethos based on learning, development and achieving your highest aspirations. This is a small, yet busy HR team which supports each other as well as the organisation.
Here you will act as the first point of contact within the HR team, where you will be given the opportunity to deliver a first class HR service to the team and organisation. As you settle into the role you will keep the team updated on a variety of issues, take part in co-ordinating monthly payroll processes as well as produce KPI data for the benefit of reports. You will also be responsible for overseeing maintenance of HRIS system, ensuring policies, forms and procedures are current and available.
This role will ideally suit someone who is a confident communicator and has the ability to deliver a customer-focussed HR service. You will be able to identify opportunities in order to make efficiencies in HR processes and have a proven ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise to meet tight deadlines.
