I am working alongside a respected and reputable youth charity based in London. They are now looking for two Interim HR Change Project Manager's for a period of 6 months initially.
A role with plenty of autonomy, I am looking for talented candidates who are able to hit the ground running. It's an exciting time for the charity, as there will be some major change programmes occurring.
Reporting into a Head of HR (Projects), and working with senior stakeholders across functions and teams, you will advise and support on scoping, developing and delivering a number of varying change programmes (including all stages from org design to implementation). The post requires a solid understanding of the complexity of change and an ability to adapt style and experience to processes already in place.Applicants with a background and experience in change management in relation to workplace planning and embedding a culture of agile working are particularly welcome.
For those of you with an analytical mind, this is a fantastic opportunity as you will be tasked to help advise senior management on project timings, communications and impact assessments.
This post is suited to a candidate who has previously had extensive experience of change programmes from start to finish, having played a lead role in advising and supporting key managerial figures throughout the process. In addition, it is expected that candidates will have a good level of employment law knowledge and once again, the confidence to work autonomously is desired.
