A well-established professional body are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.
Main duties for the HR Business Partner:
Build strong relationships with management and teams to understand key resource issues
To identify and support the business to successfully deliver credible, customer focused, cost effective and innovative recruitment solutions
To support the resourcing strategy
Support with learning and development initiatives
To act as the lead HR Advisor for all grievance, disciplinary and capability processes
To provide coaching and guidance to managers
To undertake HR project work
Essential criteria for the HR Business Partner:
Must be full CIPD qualified
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Proven experience working as a resourcing specialist within a complex organisation
Proven experience of resource planning
Knowledge of talent management process and best practice
Proven experience of leading on complex ER cases
Excellent communication skills
