A well-established International Development charity is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and will have experience of working either within an international or multi-site organisation.
Main duties for the HR Business Partner:
*To provide compressive operation and strategic HR and OD service
*To lead all recruitment campaigns within your business area
*To ensure that all HR initiatives/ projects are designed to suit global needs
*To develop strong working relationships with line manages, coaching and advising on L&D, talent management, staff retention, employee relations and new projects
*Facilitate an effect performance management system
*Manage salary review process
Essential criteria for the HR Business Partner:
*Experience of delivering outcomes in a demanding complex environment
*Previous experience of managing effective partnerships
*Excellent up to date knowledge of appropriate legislation and HR best practice
*Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
*Experience of producing and delivering OD strategy
