A well-established health related charity is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.
The successful candidate will be a qualified HR professional who has generalist experience as well as knowledge of workforce development.
Main duties for the HR Business Partner:
To deputise for the Head of HR when required
To be the main point of contact for the HR team
To coach managers on talent management and attraction of new candidates
Support managers with recruitment and selection, sitting in on panel interviews
To regularity update the intranet so that managers can use online tools for support
Develop and manage reward strategy
Manage day to day case load of work regarding legislation and best practice
Manage all employee relations queries and cases
Essential criteria for the HR Business Partner:
Extensive generalist HR experience
Ability to analyse and interpret HR data
Knowledge of reward mechanisms and pay progression
Coaching and training skills
Experience of working with senior management
Experience of writing and developing policies and procedures
Experience of delivering training
Trade union and staff group negotiation
Job evaluation experience
