Our client is a leading educational organisation, they are looking for a dynamic and friendly candidate who is fairly new to the HR profession and eager to gain more experience.
You will work closely with a team of two HR Managers and the Senior Leadership Team to provide generalist HR guidance to managers, faculty & staff and provide efficient administrative support within the HR department.
This position would be a great opportunity for someone coming from a similar HR function (ideally education) who is happy to get stuck in with the administration duties but looking to gain professional development and grow within the role.
You will be involved with a range of duties including recruitment, pre-employment vetting & contracts, relocation induction & leavers and supporting probation & performance management processes.
• Previous HR experience and knowledge of employment legislation & recruitment
• Understanding of UK employment law
• Strong communication skills, engaging and attention to detail is key
• HR software/database experience
They would consider offering CIPD training to the right candidate after the probation period
