A well established membership organisation are seeking a HR and Office Administration Assistant to join their HR team of 3.

Main duties for the HR and Office Administration Assistant:
To maintain HR information system, producing statistical reports
Updating salary information and contact details
Support the HR Manager with projects
Support with recruitment campaigns and training schemes
To prepare monthly pay slips
To deal with external agencies/ companies
Take minutes at meetings
General office administration including facilities administration
To deal with all incoming calls for the organisation

Essential criteria for the HR and Office Administration Assistant:
HR administration experience
Experience of using HR databases/ systems
Experience of writing letters and correspondence
Ability to provide project support/ research
Basic knowledge around HR administration and recruitment
Ability to minutes at meetings
Ability to work on own initiative
