I am currently working on behalf of my client, who are a prestigious institute. They are now looking to recruit a HR Adviser to join their team, which particularly boasts a collaborative, friendly & progressive working culture.
Reporting to the Senior HR Adviser, you will act as a vital member of the team. You will spend your time providing a quality generalist HR advisory facility to managers & employees across the organisation.
You will deliver accurate and fair advice to support the team reach effective resolutions to employee relations matters which include disciplinary, grievance and attendance related issues. This will be ideal for someone who has a good understanding of employment legislation. Although this role has a focus on employee relations cases, you will also have heavy involvement in recruitment & selection activity. This will include managing & advising on recruitment & selection campaigns by drafting, editing & proofing recruitment advertisements and advising on the selection process. Therefore, candidates with a strong attention to detail would suit this role.
This is ideal for those of you with experience of working proactively to specific processes and deadlines. Your audience will include a diverse range of stakeholders at different levels.
