Our client is an iconic arts institute and this team in particular boasts both a progressive ethos and most importantly, a warm, sociable, team-orientated working culture.
The Human Resources team is now looking to recruit a HR Advisor.
As a key member of the team, you will spend your time building strong working relationships with managers and staff to provide pragmatic and flexible advice to support them in meeting their organisational objectives.
Whilst under expert and influential guidance from the Director of HR & Deputy Director of HR, you will also receive the opportunity to assist on significant issues within the organisation such as disciplinary & grievance processes.
In addition, you will spend time planning, developing and implementing initiatives which are aimed towards the organisation to achieve their goals relating to diversity and inclusion, recruitment, employee engagement and reward and benefits.
We appreciate that some of the language could be new to you, however our client is very open minded regarding your professional HR experience, and I am more than happy to talk you through this role in further detail.
Whilst previous experience of working within a Generalist HR role is necessary, this is ideal for those of you who are looking for an opportunity to develop your HR background. Therefore, this is fitting for anyone with strong interpersonal skills, up to date knowledge of HR best practice and the ability to work multiple priorities proactively within a fast-paced environment.
If you would like to play an integral part in a team that will invest in your personal development and career aspirations, we would like to discuss the role with you in some more detail.
