Our client is a reputable healthcare-related regulator which has set a simple yet primary goal – to protect the public. Naturally, a friendly, supportive & warm culture comes with the territory in terms of the working environment at this prestigious establishment.
With 240 employees working here in a variety of departments, nine of whom make up the Human Resources body. A HR Director and Head of HR Operations head up the team whilst they seek to add a HR Business Partner to act as the spine for the team. Reporting into the HR Director is a Learning & Development Manager whilst the HR Manager sees to a range of HR operational & advisory services to support the Head of HR. In collaboration, a Partner & HR Manager provides additional support whilst two HR Officers and an Interim Project Administrator provide an efficient service.
This successful and friendly team are now looking to add a HR Adviser to their line-up. As a core team member you will report to the Head of HR Operations to provide a first class service on employee relations support for the department, advising employees and managers and oversee the recruitment campaigns and written correspondence.
This is ideal for those of you with an analytical mind, for reviewing evidence & casework and producing reports.
