Post jobs to recruitment portal
Monitor and manage recruitment timetable
Arrange interview timetable and any tests required
Assist with on boarding administration
Essential criteria for the HR Administrator:
Must have administration experience
Must have an understanding of service deliver and delivering to customers
Must be proactive and work on own initiative
Understanding of HR and recruitment issues
