Job title: HR Administrator

Hourly rate: £13.00 - £15.00 PAYE

Area/Location: City of London

Type: 3 months

This community development charity is looking for someone to join their team on a temporary basis to support the Head of HR.

Responsibilities for the HR Administrator:

*Recruitment (advertising, shortlisting and interview preparation) and provide diversity data from recruitment
*Co-ordinate annual appraisals, mid-term and probationary reviews
*Prepare references, offer letters, contracts of employment, letters regarding changes and other correspondence
*Support training and development, and company accreditation
*Maintain the HR database and personnel files (paper and electronic).
*Prepare monthly HR management reports including diversity statistics
*Ensure performance management support meetings are recorded
*Manage learning and development reviews to ensure training undertaken is value for money/time
*Attend and undertake regular supervisions and annual performance appraisals
*Manage and undertake training / professional development as necessary

Person Specification
*Able to provide a high quality Human resources administrative support
*Excellent attention to detail
*Excellent ICT skills, including databases, Excel, Word and Outlook
*Flexible and able to respond to change.
