We are currently working on behalf of a national womens charity; they are seeking support withing there small HR team to cover holiday and sickness ASAP 2-8 weeks in duration.
Some of the tasks tthe role will be undertaking:
*Full recruitment cycle, apart from interviewing
*HR Group preparation, including agenda's and taking and writing of minutes
*Casework preparation, including putting casework files together
*Pensions administration under automatic enrolment
*Following up occupational health referrals
*Answering telephone calls
*HR database inputs/reports
*Ensuring that deadlines are put into outlook diaries in advance and that reminders are made to those that need to action them.
*New starter processes
*Diligent and hard working
*Trustworthy and confidential
*Interested and keen
*Able to write well, grammar etc.
*Polite with a good telephone manner
*Not afraid to pick up the phone when it is ringing and are able to take clear messages
*Bright and quick learner
*Good at taking notes in relation to them for training purposes and at formal meetings, such as committee or case work meetings
£13-15ph depending on expereince
