Are you a Jack of all trades and wanting to make a difference? We have an exciting role with a National Health Charity that could be right up your street! They are looking for a Housing Compliance Officer within Manchester to join their growing team. They are looking for someone who has a proactive approach and able to deliver high quality service. As Housing Compliance Officer you will be responsible for ensuring that homes are at efficient and a satisfactory manor in terms of gas, electric, asbestos and fires. This National Healthy Charity allows many individuals to live as independently as possible by providing them with high quality flexible services. This role has a fantastic salary of £24,000 plus car allowance. This role requires either an HNC, Gas or Compliance qualification or an equivalent in maintenance or property.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the following abilities;
*Ability to prepare and interpret numerical data and explain to others
*Ability to write clear, concise letters and reports in an appropriate style
*Building surveying and inspection
*Technical building and maintenance
*Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
*Commitment to the principles of customer service and Resident involvement
*Self-motivated and able to manage and organise own time and workload
with minimum supervision
*Working within a team
*Computer databases including M/S office package
*Building Maintenance and Construction
This role requires a full clean driving licence and access to vehicle.
