This is a fantastic opportunity to join a regulatory body in a Customer Service / Administrator context for a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will play a key part within the team that act as main point of contact for all hearings that are facilitated by the regulator.
This will include providing exceptional customer service over the phone, via email and in person.
Each hearings will take a place across three London offices and you will have an opportunity to coordinate the administration around these meetings to ensure the relevant committee members, have all required papers to conduct each hearing.
To maintain accurate records and case information using the Case Records Management (CRM) System, and carry out routine maintenance and updating of these databases as required;
It is essential that you already possess both strong administration and professional customer service skills, ideally within a regulatory, legal, tribunal or court environment;
