TPP's client a community regeneration organisation specialising in the integration and transformation of the local community, they are currently recruiting for a Health Trainer Project Manager to be based in the heart of East London, our client has formed an integral part of the local community taking pride in working in one of the most culturally diverse boroughs in the UK.
As the Health Trainer Project Manager, you will be managing a team of seven Health Trainers including self-employed tutors, Health Champions and volunteers and you will have the responsibility for the management and operational delivery the Health Trainer Service, which will also include the services on going development in partnership with Public Health and other relevant local stake holders.
Using your previous experience you will review how the service is currently being delivered and take a strategic, creative and innovative approach to the planning and delivery of service improvements.
As an inspirational manager you will motivate your team and provide them with the supervision, learning and development they need in order to excel and in line with the Public Health contract you will set and monitor targets.
A fundamental element of this role requires someone to be an analytical thinker with a skill for developing and maintaining effective monitoring and reporting systems to provide accurate and timely reports against pre agreed KPIs.
Another key aspect of the Health Trainer Project Manager post will be managing external relationships. The successful post holder needs to be able to develop meaningful relationships with the local community, statutory and private sector partners in support of Health Trainer Service delivery and enable people in the community to live healthier lives.
This position will suit someone who understands the value of cultural diversity and recognises it as a driving force of development. You will be a skilled project manager with a proven track record in delivering client focused services in the health sector

Salary:£26,300-£32,350 per annum
30 days annual holiday and a workplace pension.
Working hours:35 hours p/w
Contract until 30 September 2017 subject to public health funding
