The charity is mid way through its 5 year strategic plan and is enjoying rapid growth and has an exciting vacancy for a Health and Social Care Programme Manager, this is a senior managerial post which leads on the health and social care programme delivery that is at the heart of its reputation.
The Health and Social Care programme area has a team of 24 people. A committed, spirited and diverse team of 140 people are currently employed, plus volunteers, the charity has been named as one of The Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations to Work For.
Key experience and knowledge for this role include:
- Significant exposure and knowledge of the Health and Social care sector
- Implementation and delivery of contracts
- Financially astute
- Ability to develop and implement your own ideas
- 5 years plus people management experience
- Analysing and interpreting management information
This is a permanent full-time position offering a salary in the range of £35,350 - £40,000 per annum with 30 days annual holiday and a workplace pension.
