A disability charity based in London is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their health and safety team.
The successful candidate will support with all administrator and data management within the health and safety team.
Main duties for the Health and Safety Administrator:
Producing all accident and incident reports
Responsible for analysing and interpreting data
To work with external agencies and ensure updates are applied throughout the organisation
Responsible for all admin for the team
Taking minutes at health and safety meetings and drafting agendas
To manage the updating of policies and procedures
To coordinate and order office equipment
Essential criteria for the Health and Safety Administrator:
Experience within administrator and data management
Ability to produce reports
Ability to liaise with senior management
Ability organise meetings and take minutes
