TPP is working with an amazing North London children's disability charity to recruit a Head of Trusts, Statutory and Corporate Fundraising to their high performing fundraising function. The charity is at a crucial point in development, as they have a capital appeal for a significant expansion of their services, and the Head of Trusts, Statutory and Corporate will be a key leader in the campaign. Focusing 90% on trusts and statutory, the Head Of will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key funders with capacity to give at a 6- and 7-figure level. Recent success for the team include Department of Health, Department of Education and Big Lottery. You will also lead and motivate the team of three. As part of the SMT, the Head of Trusts, Statutory and Corporate will lead on trusts strategy, and feed into overall departmental strategy.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of trusts and statutory fundraising; have a demonstrable track record in securing 6- and ideally 7-figure donations; have excellent relationship management skills; be an excellent communicator, especially in writing; have team management experience; will ideally have experience of capital appeals.
