Job Description - EXPIRED

TPP is working with a national health charity to recruit a Head of Trusts for their fundraising team. The Head of Trusts will lead the 3-person £2m team, leading on partnerships with strategic funders such as Big Lottery and other large trusts and foundations.

Key responsibilities:
*To develop and implement effective plans to ensure income targets for trusts and grant givers are achieved
*To continue relationships with and apply to key funders such as Big Lottery, the Home Office, the EU
*To manage and motivate the Trusts team
*To ensure cross-selling with other departments is a high priority to maximise income across all funding streams

Essential criteria:
*Experience of managing and motivating fundraising staff and volunteers
*Experience of developed growth strategies and annual budget plans
*Experience of developing and writing compelling trust and major grant bids
*Experience of securing at least six-figure multi-year grants
